A To Z Distributors app - Support

The A To Z Distributors app is a wholesale ordering app for licensed retail stores that buy from A To Z Distributors. Stores use it to see their prices and stock, place and track orders, read invoices and statements, and ask for returns and price matches. It is for businesses only and for people 21 and over.

Getting access

• Already an A To Z customer? Ask your A To Z sales rep or the office for an app invite. You get a QR code or an invite code; open the app, scan the QR or type the code, and sign in with your atozdistroct.com website login.
• New phone, or changed your password? Tap "Request access" in the app. A To Z will approve it, and the phone is let in.
• Not a customer yet? Apply in the app with your business details and licenses, or call us.
